Travel intermediary role
Stonehaven provides search, checkout, account, and support tools connected to third-party travel suppliers. The airline, hotel, wholesaler, or other supplier remains responsible for fulfilling the purchased travel service.
Prices and availability
Search results are informational until the selected offer is verified and prebooked. Prices, inventory, taxes, fees, baggage, room benefits, and cancellation terms may change before payment. The verified supplier offer and final checkout total control.
Traveler responsibility
You must provide accurate legal names, dates of birth, contact information, nationality, document details, and other required information. You are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, entry rules, and reviewing the itinerary before payment.
Booking confirmation
A payment submission is not itself a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only when the site records a supplier booking identifier or confirmation status. Stonehaven automatically reconciles paid-but-pending bookings and does not intentionally collect a second payment for the same unresolved transaction.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Supplier fare and room rules govern eligibility, deadlines, fees, credits, refunds, and no-show consequences. Requests are not complete until the supplier confirms the action.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit false traveler information, interfere with supplier requests, automate abusive searches, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Limitation
Travel can be affected by supplier actions, schedule changes, weather, government restrictions, strikes, technical outages, and other events outside Stonehaven’s control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
