Supplier rules control
The cancellation and refund conditions shown during rate verification and checkout govern the reservation. Some offers are fully refundable before a deadline, partially refundable, credit-only, or nonrefundable.
Refund processing
A refund request is not complete until the supplier accepts it. Stonehaven records the supplier response, refund status, amount, and currency when available. Bank posting times may continue after the supplier releases funds.
Fees and nonrefundable amounts
Supplier penalties, service usage, no-show charges, and nonrefundable fare components may reduce or eliminate a refund. Stonehaven will not invent or promise a refund amount that the supplier has not confirmed.
Duplicate or unresolved payments
Contact support immediately if you believe a duplicate charge occurred. Do not create another checkout while an existing paid booking remains pending; Stonehaven’s operations tools are designed to reconcile the original transaction.
