Card entry
Card details are entered in the LiteAPI payment interface and are not written to Stonehaven’s database. Stonehaven stores the payment transaction identifier and status needed to finalize and reconcile the booking.
Verified checkout
The site verifies the selected offer and creates a supplier prebook before opening the payment step. The final supplier booking request reuses the same prebook and transaction identifiers.
Fraud prevention
The service may rate-limit requests, log request identifiers, require account or guest-token authorization, and review suspicious activity. Never send a full card number, password, or security code through support messages or email.
Secure access
Use HTTPS in production, protect your account credentials, sign out on shared devices, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
