Eligibility and approval

Applicants must use accurate account and payment information. Stonehaven may approve, reject, suspend, or close an affiliate account when required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, program quality, or misuse of the service.

Referral attribution

A valid affiliate link places a first-party referral identifier for the configured attribution period. Unless Stonehaven publishes a different rule, the last valid affiliate click receives credit. Attribution may be denied for invalid, expired, manipulated, duplicated, or self-referred bookings.

Commission basis

Affiliate percentages are normally applied to Stonehaven’s recorded earned commission or margin, not the customer’s full booking total. Administrators may configure hotel, flight, account-specific, or tiered rates. A confirmed booking with no positive commission basis may require manual review.

Confirmation and hold period

A commission is created only after Stonehaven records a confirmed supplier booking. Earnings remain pending during the configured hold period and become available only if the booking remains confirmed and has not been cancelled, refunded, charged back, or flagged for review.

Reversals and negative balances

Commissions are reversed when a booking is cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible. If a reversed commission was already paid, Stonehaven may offset the amount against future earnings and may suspend further payouts until the balance is resolved.

Withdrawals and manual payment

Affiliates may request withdrawal only from available earnings and after reaching the minimum threshold. Administrators manually approve or reject requests and then process approved payments through the affiliate’s selected PayPal or bank method. A withdrawal is considered paid only after Stonehaven records an external transaction or bank reference.

Payout information

Payout details are encrypted and masked in normal account views. Affiliates must keep PayPal and bank information current. Stonehaven is not responsible for delays, rejection, or loss caused by incorrect payout instructions supplied by the affiliate.

Prohibited conduct

Affiliates may not make false pricing claims, impersonate Stonehaven, bid on protected trademarks without approval, send unlawful spam, use misleading ads, create self-referrals, manipulate cookies, operate duplicate accounts, or promise terms that differ from the supplier-confirmed offer.

Taxes and records

Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, registrations, and reporting obligations. Stonehaven may request legal, address, or tax-form information before releasing payments and may retain payout and commission records for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Program changes

Stonehaven may change commission rates, hold periods, minimum withdrawals, attribution rules, payout schedules, or these terms prospectively. The agreement version and acceptance date are recorded with the affiliate account.
