Hotels, airlines, wholesalers, and other connected suppliers control inventory, fare and room rules, schedules, amenities, baggage, ticketing, confirmation numbers, and fulfillment.
Displayed information
Stonehaven organizes supplier data for easier comparison. Descriptions, photographs, amenities, ratings, policies, and schedule details are shown when provided and may change. Confirm time-sensitive details directly with the operating supplier.
Payment and booking references
A LiteAPI transaction identifier records the payment transaction. A supplier booking identifier or confirmation code records the reservation. Keep both the Stonehaven reference and supplier reference for support.
Support role
Stonehaven can relay documented cancellation requests, reconcile booking status, resend confirmations, and assist with supplier communication. Final approval of changes, refunds, and exceptions remains with the supplier.
